Today I added the staff to the forum. It consists of:
1. Super administrator (me only) 2. Administrator 3. Super moderator 4. Moderator 5. Elite Ranger 6. Ranger 7. Watcher
Watcher is the weakest and super administrator is the strongest.
First, I will choose some watchers. If those watchers follow rules and do their job, after some time they will become rangers. If rangers also follow rules and do their job, after some time they will become elite rangers and so on. (You cannot ask to be a staff member)

You're normal member and watcher is a staff member.
